Job Security or Career Security?

2022 is the time to focus on "career security" rather than "job security". Career Security is much more proactive than Job Security. I think of Job Security as the desperate mode of trying stay employed in your current company. Career Security is empowerment to focus on your marketable skills / expertise you want to make use of and NOT necessarily what your current company wants to utilize. Where can you make use of the skills / expertise that you want to utilize? Allow yourself to take control of your career and nurture it to fit who you are!
