About Nancy

 

 

Nancy has over 20 years experience coaching and supporting individuals and groups in career-related areas.  She enjoys supporting individual job seekers in all levels including executives, managers, IT, engineering, sales and other professionals.  

Specialties include formal and informal assessment / direction, resume development, LinkedIn, job search strategies, interview prep and negotiation.  Her experience includes working with mature workers, mid-life career / job changers, and new college grads / young professionals.

In addition to Nancy's years of coaching individuals with Nancy Fraasch Consulting, she has extensive career coaching experience as a Senior Career Coach with a career transition firm where she coached executives, managers, engineers, and other professionals in their job search.  

Her experience with graduate and undergraduate college students at University of Minnesota includes developing / teaching career development courses and supporting students in Carlson School of Management's Career Centers. 

 

Nancy volunteers as Facilitator of a community job transition group at Lord of Life church in Maple Grove and as a Resume Coach with Prosperity Ready, supporting immigrant professionals is securing positions at their educational and experience level.  In the past, she has also volunteered with WomenVenture, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women gain economic prosperity,  and coordinated a high school career center.
